Analyzing and creating the path for your optimal running technique
Take a look at our running tips
Among the 200 runners tested, one finding stood above all others: 90% of runners had a measurable problem with their arm technique. That number alone is striking. But what makes it more significant is the context behind it: nearly all of those runners already suspected something wasn't quite right.
Asymmetry isn't a single problem. It comes in different forms — and each one carries its own price in injuries, fatigue, and lost progress.
Running asymmetry rarely arrives with a clear warning. There's no single moment when you suddenly start limping, no sharp pain that stops you mid-stride.
At the Running Expo Belgrade Marathon, we tested over 100 runners using the Running Analyzer. The result was striking: 80% of them showed measurable asymmetry in their running technique.
